Personal Biography

SOFIA BRYS, (b. 2006) has been studying cello for nine years. Sofia is currently pursuing her bachelors degree at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University.

Through years of rigorous training and a deep engagement with chamber music, I have cultivated a philosophy rooted in the artisanal approach to performance. I strive to interpret the written word with a sense of presence and emotional honesty, ensuring that every note resonates with the soul of the piece.
